The alarm has sounded: the CORE boys are up to no good and poor Crofton is the victim. This special edition provides Crofton’s counterpoint to Beau’s “Valheim Story” from CORE 480. DaD 143 – Minecraft and ROBLOX
It is time for Ryan and Crofton to examine the addictive video game drugs of the kid world: Minecraft and ROBLOX. But they are not the experts and invite Gwen and Kayden to visit and explain the appeal of these blocky games. Meanwhile, Crofton tries to get some points in the DaD competition by reading Kazuo Ishiguro’s seminal novel Never Let You Go where Ryan goes back to the theatre to watch the latest version of The Fantastic Four. DaD 142 – State of the Switch: A DaD Retrospective
With Ryan and Crofton now proud owners of Nintendo Switch 2s, there has never been a better time to look back over the life of the original Nintendo Switch and the priceless memories – both good and bad – it left them with. Ryan also goes bananas for Donkey Kong: Bananza while Crofton hard sells Old Skies, the new adventure game from Wadjet Eye Games. All this and Ryan finally goes to a museum and gets some culture. But before getting to reading, it is all about that screen time with spoiler-free discussions of Andor Season 2, DOOM: The Dark Ages, and some medical show Ryan can’t pronounce (St. Denny’s Medical?
