D&D 86 – No Laser Swords
Ryan and Crofton exchange Halloween 2022 war stories on this episode of Dungeons and Diapers. Did they survive? What was their cut of candy? How much do they permit their progeny to partake in at once? The Dungeons are full of Disney this week with Crofton gushing about Andor while Ryan talks She-Hulk and Reboot. D&D 85 – Extra Life for the AvenDaDs
Crofton had to step out of the co-host chair this week, but luckily Travis was able to stop by! We chat about his Extra Life journey through Elden Ring and Bloodborne, while we look forward to the big AvenDaDs event on Friday, October 21st. Moving into the Diapers section, we chat about the prep for Halloween, with costumes and parties. All that and Crofton pops in from time to time to update us on his Square Enix account and some shed prep.
D&D 84 – Death Warmed Over
Your Dream Daddy Duo are back for a new episode. One of them is feeling sick. Let’s see if you can guess which one. Here’s a hint: it is the one that sounds like death warmed over. Hey that would make a good episode title! This episode, the boys talk Monkey Island – both returning to and the secret of. Ryan and Crofton are going back to school… well at least their kids are! It is the first week back and your hosts exchange notes. Both Ryan and Crofton have been playing through JRPG Xenoblade Chronicles 3 and share impressions thus far. Will they make it to the end? Crofton introduces a new segment as he deep dives into an old gaming favourite. This time? Sierra adventure game series Quest for Glory. All of this and Ryan goes on an African Lion Safari!

D&D 82 – Road Trippin’
Vacations draw to a close in this late summer edition of DaD. Crofton and Ryan exchange notes on their respective road trips including an in-depth discussion of arcades and video game tourism. Did Crofton buy Xenoblade Chronicles 3? Has Ryan ever watched sitcom classic Cheers? All that and Izzy goes to her first wedding and parties all night. Oh, and a fun surprise for Crofton and listeners to kick off the show.

The boys are on vacation! At the same time! But not together! You get what we mean right? Anyway, what is a geek vacation without a geek vacation game? Crofton goes through an existential crisis filled with anime, RPGs, and full priced Switch games in an era of Xbox Game Pass. As Ryan talks him down, he must deal with the Nicolas Cage of it all that is going on in his head. Add to that some fun Daddy Day Camp vacation tales and you got all the makings of a fine episode of Dungeons and Diapers. All of this and Only Murders in the Building too!

Well COVID finally caught up to one of our intrepid hosts – find out which one and how they handled it with tons of kid content, from board games (King of Tokyo), to movies (Raya and Big Hero 6), to TV shows for adults (Abbott Elementary). D&D 79 – Trash Talk
Crofton and Ryan are back, after a small break, to exchange notes on all the geekery that crosses their paths. This is a bit of a greatest hits episode as it includes an Obi-Wan inspired Star Wars discussion, a how to get your kid into games sidebar, and Ryan pool jokes. It is not all retreads however as Ryan brings the projectile vomit from his son’s soccer game and Crofton underlines the nuances behind trash talking your own children when gaming together.
